With more than 30 years of international experience in the offshore energy industry, I have had the privilege of working on some of the world's most complex and challenging projects. From large-scale offshore oil & gas developments to the rapidly growing offshore wind sector, my career has been built around delivering safe, reliable, and high-performance operations in demanding environments.
Throughout these decades, I have worked across Europe, the Middle East, North and South America, collaborating with operators, contractors, and project teams on complex engineering, operations, and project execution challenges. These experiences have shaped my approach: combining technical excellence, strong leadership, and pragmatic solutions to achieve results.
